Downloading to iTunes?
1. Download the zip file to your desktop.
2. Unzip the MP3 files to your desktop.
3. Open iTunes.
4. Drag the MP3 files from your desktop into the iTunes window.
5. The podcasts should be added to your iPod at the next sync.
